## Your working surface

Producers use the **producer portal** (Clerk sign-in) for queues, dial, disposition, and bind attestation:

* Portal: [agency.nelsonandassociatesinc.com](https://agency.nelsonandassociatesinc.com)
* Canonical leads surface: `/producer/leads` and the agency queue under `/portal/agency/queue`

If Dial fails with a permissions error, refresh or re-sign-in. Persistent failures should be escalated to ops — do not invent workarounds that skip compliance gates.

## What this docs site is for

Use these pages to understand **why** the portal behaves the way it does (laws, environments, compliance). Day-to-day click paths and confidential book data stay in the portal and carrier tools — not here.
