# Two Environments

## Agency environment

Owned and operated by Nelson & Associates:

* Consumer and recruiting web apps
* Producer portal
* BigQuery event truth
* Voice / SMS carriers and AI voice agents
* CRM, workspace, and automation tooling

This environment holds lead signals, call signals, hashed identifiers, dispositions, and bind attestations.

## Carrier environment

Carrier-of-record systems (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, carrier CRM, and related producer tools). Policyholder records, policy IDs, premium detail, coverage terms, and household composition for carrier-written policies remain there.

## Why this matters

Bind attestation records that verification happened, where it happened, and who attested — without copying carrier policy/quote/billing/claim references into agency systems. That separation protects households and keeps the platform compliant as we scale.
