Your working surface
Producers use the producer portal (Clerk sign-in) for queues, dial, disposition, and bind attestation:
- Portal: agency.nelsonandassociatesinc.com
- Canonical leads surface:
/producer/leadsand the agency queue under/portal/agency/queue
If Dial fails with a permissions error, refresh or re-sign-in. Persistent failures should be escalated to ops — do not invent workarounds that skip compliance gates.
What this docs site is for
Use these pages to understand why the portal behaves the way it does (laws, environments, compliance). Day-to-day click paths and confidential book data stay in the portal and carrier tools — not here.
