Writing rules

• Public-safe only. No phone numbers, producer performance, strategy aliases, or carrier policyholder data.
• Prefer short pages with one job each.
• Helpful-first: answer the question in the first screen; CTA second. No fear copy; no unverifiable savings claims.
• Learn / Guides CTAs use UTM: utm_source=docs&utm_medium=referral&utm_campaign=<page_slug>. Business hours truth: Mon–Fri 9–5 CT. Public licensing claim: 19 states until OR entity is ACTIVE (packages/ui/src/data/licensed-states.ts).
• Link to the producer portal or consumer site for actions; do not duplicate runbooks that belong in private /docs.
• Keep ADR-0013 (Mintlify), the Docs Demand Engine workstream (docs/workstreams/docs-demand-engine.md), and the confidential naming doctrine in mind before naming entities. ADR-0004 (Fumadocs) is superseded for the public docs host.
