Your working surface

Producers use the producer portal (Clerk sign-in) for queues, dial, disposition, and bind attestation:

Portal: agency.nelsonandassociatesinc.com
Canonical leads surface: /producer/leads and the agency queue under /portal/agency/queue

If Dial fails with a permissions error, refresh or re-sign-in. Persistent failures should be escalated to ops — do not invent workarounds that skip compliance gates.

Auto rating state

For purchased auto DATA, the garage address is the rating state. A driver can hold a license from another state. Use the street, city, and ZIP on the lead card (for example Myrtle Creek, OR), not License State. AmFam bind still follows the 18 writeable states.
